We have been in gamedev for 16 years. Throughout this time, we have been developing our own full-cycle products: from idea and prototype to scaling with large traffic volumes.
All key competencies have always been in-house: product, analytics, marketing, and User Acquisition. For us, publishing is a natural continuation of what we have been systematically doing internally.
R&D as the foundation of publishing
Why did we decide to move into publishing now? Because we have developed strong expertise in discovering and validating successful ideas through the development of our own R&D direction.
For more than a year, we have been developing and automating R&D processes: testing hypotheses, analyzing the market and tracking trends, running systematic experiments, exploring new genres and formats, and making decisions based on real data and the behavior of a live audience.

Proven expertise in UA and ads monetization
Over the past two years, we have developed strong expertise in ads monetization and applied it to several successful products. We have also automated UA processes. This enables us to quickly respond to opportunities for scaling User Acquisition and increasing revenue.

How our publishing process works
We see publishing as a step-by-step process where every decision is data-driven and collaboration is transparent.
1. Developer submission
The first step is a short form with basic information about the game. Having a build significantly speeds up the initial evaluation and helps us better understand the product from the very beginning.
2. Pre-Test evaluation
At this stage, product and marketing teams join the process. Together we:
- analyze the gameplay;
- evaluate uniqueness (USP);
- assess monetization potential.
The goal is to identify the product’s strengths and growth opportunities before testing.
3. Testing: hypotheses and KPIs
Based on the initial evaluation, we formulate hypotheses, define key KPIs, and launch the first tests. Then we:
- collect and analyze data;
- study player behavior;
- make decisions about the next steps.
4. Collaboration and scaling
If we move forward with a partnership, we work on the game together with the developer. Once stable metrics are achieved, we move to scaling:
- increasing traffic;
- optimizing UA processes;
- systematically improving the product.
