We are looking for a Senior Ad Monetization Manager to work on the development of our existing projects and take on the challenges of promoting new games.
We expect that you have:
- Knowledge and experience with ad networks: AdMob, IronSource, Unity, AdColony, Chartboost, DT Exchange, InMobi, Applovin, Pungle, Liftoff
- Understanding and experience with ad waterfalls, including hybrid models
- Knowledge of factors influencing app LTV
- Familiarity with SDK integration documentation and ad network specifics
- Excellent understanding of ad network and store policies
- Understanding of UA principles
- Strong knowledge of gaming, product, and monetization metrics
- Understanding of ad monetization and mediation principles
- Attention to detail, time management, business-oriented mindset, initiative, and proactiveness
Key tasks:
- Creating, configuring, and optimizing ad waterfalls
- Managing advertising network accounts
- Collaborating with product and technical teams during the ad integration process: ensuring compliance with ad network and store policies, testing ad displays, and troubleshooting issues
- Preparing reports and presentations on performance results and future plans
- Developing new approaches to enhance monetization efficiency
- Conducting experiments to improve the monetization model
- Building the monetization model for applications
- Analyzing gaming, product, and monetization metrics
