— conducting a full recruiting cycle for a vacancy project; — work with requirements, creation of job descriptions and their placement on resources; — search, interview and support of the candidate in the recruitment process; — work with recruitment CRM system, formation and high-quality maintenance of the candidate base; — analysis and monitoring of the IT specialists market; — participation in a variety of career and specialized gamedev events.
— successful experience in filling IT vacancies from 2 years; — excellent knowledge of search sources, modern sourcing tools, the ability to apply various approaches to achieve hiring efficiency; — the ability to work in multitasking mode; — communication skills, responsibility, independence, result orientation.
It will be a plus if you have:
— experience working with gamedev projects and closing vacancies in the ART direction.
