We are looking for a creative Event Manager who will be responsible for creating, organizing and hosting the best corporate events for our team.

Tasks:
— Development, maintenance of the strategy and action plan of the company;
— Full cycle of organization and preparation:
- development of ideas and concepts of events;
- preparation and control of budgets;
- work with contractors;
— Coordination of all internal and external events: professional and calendar holidays, team buildings, congratulations of employees, participation of teams in sports and other external events;
— Work on the creation of branded products, merchandise, the necessary printing, the purchase of corporate gifts;
— Increasing the level of employees' involvement in events;
— Conducting satisfaction analysis, constant striving for improvement.

Skills required:
— Experience as an event manager at least 2 years;
— Excellent organizational and project management skills;
— Creativity, energy, positive charge;
— Resistance to stress, ability to work in multitasking mode;
— Independence, result orientation.

It will be a plus if you have:
— Experience in events hosting for 100+ participants;
— Availability of a proven base of contractors / partners;
— Working experience with IT teams.
