Our customer support team is available 24/7 and we are looking for a Support manager who will take the night hours on a 2/2 schedule.






Tasks:
— processing requests from users;
— moderation of communities on social networks;
— processing reviews in the App Store / Play Market.
Required skills:
— have at least 1 year of experience as a customer support manager;
— you are fluent in Russian / Ukrainian, have a high literacy of writing;
— know English at the Intermediate level and above;
— stress-resistant in dealing with conflicting players.
