We're looking for:

  • Have at least 3 years of experience as a Game Designer;
  • Have a deep understanding of game mechanics: knowing how different game elements interact with each other and how it affects the gameplay;
  • Understand the target audience and the gaming market: analyzing player interests, studying competitors, and market trends;
  • Have experience in economy calculation and balancing setup;
  • Have experience in game analytics and making decisions based on data;
  • Have experience working with features from idea to full implementation;
  • Be able to effectively collaborate with other team members;
  • Be able to quickly adapt to changes in the project or market conditions.

What will you do?

  • Development of a casual project from scratch;
  • Creation of comprehensive project documentation;
  • Development of game systems, mechanics, and core loops tailored to the product’s target audience;
  • Balancing and economy work;
  • Working with analytics to determine project development vectors and monetization points.
